Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

The customer renting the inflatable is responsible for the inflatable and all users during the rental period. The customer agrees to provide responsible adult supervision at all times. Children may not use the inflatable without adult supervision.

For everyone's safety, the following are not allowed inside or on the inflatable:

• No adults or teens unless specifically approved for that inflatable
• No shoes
• No food, drinks, gum, candy, or snacks
• No pets
• No sharp objects, jewelry, keys, glasses, toys, sticks, or silly string
• No flips, wrestling, rough play, pushing, climbing on walls, or jumping from the top of the slide
• No overcrowding
• No use during high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe weather
• No moving, disconnecting, or tampering with the inflatable, blower, stakes, water hose, or electrical setup

Only children within the listed age and weight limits may use the inflatable. The customer agrees to follow all posted and provided rules.

Splash & Bounce Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule a rental if weather conditions are unsafe. Unsafe conditions may include heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, strong winds, or any other condition that may create a safety risk.

The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning caused during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, damage from shoes, pets, food, drinks, silly string, sharp objects, misuse, or failure to follow the rules. Additional charges may apply for repair, replacement, cleaning, or lost equipment.

The customer agrees to provide a safe, clean, flat setup area free of rocks, glass, pet waste, sharp objects, low tree branches, underground hazards, and other unsafe conditions. The customer must make sure there is access to a working electrical outlet and water source if the inflatable is being used wet.

The customer understands that the use of inflatables, bounce houses, slides, and water play equipment involves risks, including slips, falls, collisions, injury, and property damage. The customer accepts these risks and agrees to use the rental equipment responsibly.

The customer agrees to release and hold harmless Splash & Bounce Party Rentals, its owners, employees, helpers, and representatives from claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use, misuse, or supervision of the rental equipment, except where caused by the company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Splash & Bounce Party Rentals from any claims, damages, injuries, attorney fees, or expenses resulting from the customer's event, guests, users, misuse of the equipment, or failure to follow safety rules.

By typing my full name and submitting this form, I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature. I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this Rental Agreement, Safety Rules, and Liability Waiver.
